With years of experience providing inpatient and community-based counseling and case management services to at-risk children and youth, Ms. Horne’s compassion for youth is an asset to ArtWorks 4 ENA, Inc. Maati is responsible for managing the scholarship activities of ArtWorks and providing volunteer support and guidance for the various ArtWorks projects, programs and events.
Ms. Maati Horne is a member of the Board of Directors and is also the Vice-President of ArtWorks 4 ENA, Inc. Ms. Horne also serves as the Chair of the Scholarship Committee. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and holds a Masters of Science from Mercer University. Her qualifications include six years of experience providing inpatient and community-based counseling and case management services to at-risk children and youth between the ages of six and nineteen. Ms. Horne also has two additional years of supervising bachelors and master’s level staff in providing community support services to at-risk youth. Under the direction of the President and Board of Directors, the Vice President will manage the day-to-day activities of ArtWorks to include developing responsibilities for the staff, developing and mentoring staff, as well as ensuring the organization accomplishes tasks to meet its overall goals. Additionally Ms. Horne will create public awareness initiatives and ensure that the organization is visible to the community and those interested in assisting ArtWorks.
